My Role

Designing the Brandhub

To create a seamless experience within the brand hub, I conducted a comprehensive review of diverse newsletter-related touchpoints and content channels. I examined podcast platforms, newsroom and magazine style sites, email newsletters, and other content ecosystems to identify user behavior patterns, content structures, and interaction expectations.

The objective was to design a centralized hub that enables organizations to craft a dynamic storytelling experience across multiple formats. This hub consolidates audio, editorial, and visual content into a single, flexible interface, allowing brands to:

  • Curate stories for different audience journeys

  • Surface related content across formats (episodes, articles, briefs, and visual assets)

  • Maintain consistent branding and editorial voice while supporting distinct content types

  • Personalize content delivery based on user preferences and engagement signals

  • Simplify content management through unified tools for publishing, tagging, and analytics

By looking into insights from existing newsletter and content platforms, the hub is intended to reduce friction for both creators and consumers, improve discoverability, and support richer long-form and episodic storytelling within a single branded environment.

As Senior UI/UX Designer, I led the design and optimization of the BrandHub experience, overseeing the end-to-end user journey for a microsite that organizes a broad range of assets; including video blogs, white papers, podcasts, and more. I developed multiple responsive templates to support and scale the 11 distinct brands within the Foundry portfolio.
